About me

I’m Lady. Brooke Reynolds, the Owner and Director of Brooke Reynolds Consultancy™.

I started my career working in Insurance from claims customer service (Client claims), to Third Party property damage and personal injury defence negotiation.

I qualified by way of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) with my certificate as a qualified Insurance practitioner in 2018.

I graduated university having been awarded a Law degree with a First Class Honours. I then went on to study the Legal Practice Course (LPC) alongside my Masters of Law in 2024.

To further my education, I undertook mediation training with Phoenix Dispute Solutions, qualifying as a mediator in 2025.

With 10 years experience working in the insurance industry, my legal education and practice , I am confident in my abilities to assist any matters that you may be experiencing.
